Carnivores, you're in for a treat. Brazilian-style meat-on-a-stick! Bring the family, a date, or just an empty stomach. Rodizio (“circle” in Portuguese) is exactly that: Servers armed with beef, pork, chicken, sausage, and pineapple-bearing skewers circle the restaurant's tables delivering grilled grub until you're ready to say Uncle! This is an all-you-can-eat haven for carnivores, but there's also a huge salad bar and buffet loaded with everything from black rice and beans (feijao) to Brazilian pastels, quail eggs, and pastas. Next door to the restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City is Rodizio's private club, where you can get a real caipirinha and samba all night.

    Our fish and seafood selection varies from market to market based on what is available and in season. Not all locations offer fish at all times. Each fish and seafood selection is trimmed and marinated in a simple sauce that accentuates the flavor of this lean meat
