In the ongoing saga of celebrities acting like complete dingleberries, Utah Jazz guard Trey Burke, rapper Wacka Flocka Flame, and Gold Bond spokesman Shaquille O'Neal are now being sued for defamation on the grounds of making fun of a guy with a genetic disorder.

The suit, issued by Warren, Mich., resident Jahmel Binion, is in response to an Instagram post from April that showed Burke mocking the 23-year-old, who has a disorder called hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, a condition that results in a reduced ability to sweat, abnormal hair growth and missing teeth.

Filed in the Macomb County Circuit Court on July 30, the case references the fact that the disparaging photos were viewed by over 8.4 million people.  The pics have since been taken down, though Shaq's can still be seen here

Though Burke, Shaq and Flocka all called Binion to apologize and posted apologies via Twitter, Binion felt that they weren't being sincere. "When they said sorry, I felt like they were saying it to get the pressure off of them for being considered ‘bad people,'"  Binion told the Macomb Daily

The Utah Jazz attempted to clean this mess up in April by offering Binion a complimentary pair of tickets to see Trey and the Jazz take on the Detroit Pistons at The Palace of Auburn Hills next season. Something tells me he won't be in attendance.
