I’ve always felt that most people don’t fully understand the marijuana debate. Most opinions are formed out of ignorance. To wit: Weed is something that gets you high, so it’s bad. But for all of us lucky enough to live in Utah and have access to City Weekly, we now have the facts to make an informed decision because of the article by Jesse Fruhwirth, “Weed Goes West" [Sept. 30, City Weekly].
This is an article that could have a national impact in the future. As a United States citizen, I applaud your “guts” to publish this, to distribute the facts to a population that’s mostly uneducated on the subject. But as a reader, all I really have to say is, thank you. I look forward to more of your articles.
