If you are unfamiliar with Vietnamese food you're really missing out. A marriage of deeply flavorful dishes with vibrant color and expressive textures make this cuisine remarkable. In this class we will prepare a number of Vietnamese favorites including a Pho (pronounced variously as /fʌ/, /fə/, /fər/, or /foʊ/) dish by my favorite number of Vietnamese Chef, Charles Phan of San Francisco's The Slanted Door.
