What a sad, disturbed, angry person you must be. I'm so sorry for you. Who would ever wish it upon anyone to be "haunted" for the rest of their lives. Particularly an abuse victim. Perhaps you are haunted yourself. In case you missed it, this girl was tossed around and taken turns on by neighborhood boys. Note the selection of words: "boys" and "girl". All involved were essentially children. I really doubt that they had the ability to understand how significant their actions would become. Im sorry that you are not able to conceive. But just because you would love to have a child does not grant you the right to judge a CHILD who did, and was unable to comprehend a shocking, bloody, experience which should never have happened in the first place. Oh, and yes, many women (and girls) become pregnant and are unaware until delivery. It happens all the time. I'm a man and I know that. Read a little more, or talk to your own friends and neighbors and you will find many examples of this. Last but not least, who are you to judge whether or not the MacGregors are upstanding Mormons? What rage you must have. Good luck to Kareena and to you, whoever you are. Im not sure which one of you needs more prayers.

Dear 40ARTFUL, You asked "In what world do women get pregnant all the time and are unanware"? The answer is: IN THIS ONE. I grant you that in an educated society it's less frequent, and not the norm for the vast majority of women. But somewhere in the world, it's happening again right now. While I too would concede that the number of such events is a matter of great debate, I'm certain that Kareena's case is not the first time you've ever heard of this ever happening, nor will it be the last. You know I am telling the truth. My essential point remains the same...It happens. Now, how funny that you would go calling people out on the technicalities of their writing given that your own arguments are less than cogent. You seem to think you are qualified to determine the mental capacity of this girl. Additionally, you seem to think you know more than the Utah State Supreme Court. And if that wasn't enough, you annointed yourself God in the very first lines of your comments on this website when you declared the girl committed the "ultimate sin". You dont know what if -if any- sin this girl committed and neither do I. We weren't there. I chose not to judge or label this girl. If you must, I feel sorry for you. I'm glad to to live without the venomous sense of judgement you have displayed in your comments.
