The tasting menu typically includes four courses for $48, plus $20 for optional wine pairings. The current menu includes butternut squash and smoky bacon risotto, wild mushrooms with brown rice and Morbier, porcini-crusted chicken breast with roasted shallot jus and a dessert of “dueling quenelles.” For reservations, call Chez Betty at 435-649-8181. The restaurant is open nightly for dinner, except Tuesdays.
