Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar serves elegant dishes with a unique spin. Appetizers walk the line between classic and eccentric, like the butternut-squash flatbread, which features bacon, caramelized onion and sage. Traditional dishes are elevated to a whole new level, such as the crab mac & cheese entree, with fresh blue crab meat, shallots, goat cheese, cheddar and jack cheese in a garlic cream sauce. And don’t forget about the martini bar—Twigs has 36 signature martinis, such as The Kinky-G, with grapefruit vodka, Kinky liqueur, oranges, a splash of OJ and Sierra Mist.
