Salt Lake Community College’s Grand Theatre is presenting Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize winning play “The Skin of Our Teeth,” March 12-28.
Wilder’s dramatic play first opened in 1942 at the Shubert Theatre. The production was a success and it moved that same year to Broadway. The plot centers on a family in a fictional New Jersey town and follows a three-part allegory structure that draws from the Biblical story of Cain and Abel.
There will be evening performances Thursday-Saturday each week during the play’s run and at 2 p.m. each Saturday, and tickets are $14-$20.
