Park City's Goldener Hirsch Inn to host vintner John Terlato

If you've dined at Deer Valley's Goldener Hirsch Inn recently, you already know that executive chef Ryan Burnham has been knocking it out of the park with his elevated cuisine.

Well, on Friday, March 27th Burnham and his culinary crew will team up with Terlato Family Vineyards for a very special wine tasting and dinner, featuring vintner and Terlato Wines vice-chairman, John Terlato.

The tentative dinner menu and wine pairings are as follows:

Roasted Casco Bay Scallop, heart of palm, Kabocha squash & bacon jam + 2013 Chardonnay, Russian River Valley

Duck confit "Sopes," morel mushrooms, braised greens & mole poblano + 2012 Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley

Ellensburg lamb duet, black garlic panna cotta, spring vegetables & pistou + 2006 Angel's Peak, 2006 Devil's Peak, 2009 Cardinal's Peak

Pineapple bread pudding, blood orange ice cream & caramelized white chocolate + Kracher Trokenbeerenauslese
