Ruth Returns
Steak lovers will be happy to learn that Ruth’s Chris Steak House is returning to Salt Lake City after a brief absence. A lease has been signed, and the new 9000-square-foot Ruth’s Chris will be located in the former Chase Bank building at 272 S. West Temple. Ruth’s Chris co-owner/franchisee Mark Robbins says, “People have been telling us how much they love the Ruth’s Chris dining experience and we are excited to bring the ‘sizzle’ of prime beef back to Salt Lake.” The opening for the restaurant is slated for spring, and Ruth’s Chris Steak House will create approximately 75 new local jobs. Anyone interested in following the construction of the new Ruth’s Chris can do so on the fan page at RuthsChrisFacebook.com.
