Susan Powell: Case Closed?

Do you think Josh Powell’s death closes the book on the Susan Powell case?

Rachel Scott: I definitely think he did it. I just think that, now that he’s dead, Susan’s parents may never find her remains.

Scott Renshaw: Close the book, perhaps. Definitely not the made-for-Lifetime movie.

Derek Carlisle: Chapter 5: Controlled environments in which questionable parents can meet with children.  Chapter 6: Annual parenting classes and stress eval. Chapter 7: The rights to bear children.

Lauren Sisneros: No, I do not think that anything that results in loss of life ever has a true ending. The family and friends of his wife and children will forever have to live with the grief resulting from their deaths.

Susan Kruithof: I’m not sure what kind of hell it would be to not know what happened to your child, but if Susan’s parents need to know, they need to know. Screw what the rest of us think.

Rachel Piper: I don’t think the book is closed, but I’m not holding my breath for the final chapter. WVC police seem more Robert Jordan than J.K. Rowling.

Jerre Wroble: The police and state government piling on to mess with Josh Powell’s head, in the hopes that he’d crack, resulted in tragic unintended consequences. It may be time for an investigation of the investigation.
