Tenderloins with Voodoo Sauce

Ingredients:
3 lbs pork tenderloin chopsn

Dry Rub Ingredients:
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
2 tbsp old bay seasoning
2 tbsp Morton Kosher coarse salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dry thyme
1 tsp garlic powdern

Voodoo Sauce:
½ stick butter
¼ onions finely diced
¼ cup Coca Cola
¼ cup brown sugar
1/8 cup honey
1/3 cup ketchup
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp pineapple juice
1 tsp ginger spice blend
1 dash Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning
1 shot liquid smoke
¼ tsp Chinese 5 spicen

Dutchoven Delights 3 Pot
Dana and Dave’s Awesome Ribs

4-5 lbs pork baby loin back ribsn

Rib Rub:
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp fresh parsley chopped
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp basiln

BBQ Sauce:
1 cup red wine
½ c crushed pineapple
¼ c honey
½ c light soy sauce
2 T ketchup
1 mini bottle bourbon
½ c pineapple juice
¼ c brown sugar
½ c cider vinegar
¼ c brown mustard
1 tsp chipotle Tabasco saucen

1 tsp glutton
2 pkgs of quick rise yeast
1 T brown sugar
½ can of condensed cream of potato soup
¼ c fresh cut chives
1 tsp tarragon

Filling:
1 pkg craisins
8 c granny smith apples
1 6 oz can of apple cider
½ tsp apple pie spice
15 oz crushed pineapple
1 ¼ c sugar
4 tsp lemon juice
3 T cornstarchn

Pie Crust:
4 c flour
½ tsp salt
1 2/3 c butter flavor Crisco
2 eggs
1 t sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¾ ice watern

1 (10.75 oz) can beer broth

Ingredients:
1 pork crown roast
24 of cherry preserves
2 tbsp light corn syrup
½ c red wine vinegar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon; ground
½ tsp nutmeg; ground
½ tsp cloves; ground
2 tbsp slivered almonds; toasted
Salt and pepper to tasten

Stuffed Mushrooms:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 c grated parmesan
1 pound lump crabmeat, picked clean of shells
1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder
1 minced shallot

1 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz
1 jar marshmallow cream, 14 oz
5 tbsp raspberry juice concentrate (optional)
12 fresh raspberries, mashedn

Savage Pot Roast

Ingredients:
1 good sized piece of roasting meat
2 handfuls of small potatoes
1 ½ handfuls of baby carrots
1 parsnip
1 bunch of scallions
1 bulb of garlic
1 fistful of fresh thyme
1 fistful of rosemary
1 fistful of marjoram
1 healthy dashing of cumin
1 healthy dashing of pepper
½ of a jalapeno
1 light dash of chili powdern
