What’s your all-time favorite love song?

Jackie Briggs: “Kiss Me With Your Mouth,” because wine is always a good substitute for a loved one. Mmm, boy, I like me some wine.

Lindsay Larkin: “Wild Horses” by the Rolling Stones. When I was engaged, we were planning on that for our wedding dance. He was definitely unworthy of the song. No wonder we didn’t make it.

Stephen Matney: My fiancée used to sing, “You’re the Only Woman in the World to Me” to me. So maybe that one. Or something by Yngwie Malmsteen.

Jennifer Higgins: “Burn” by Sister Machine Gun. I am aware that 99 percent of our readers will have no idea who this band is, but that’s their problem.

Susan Kruithof: “For All We Know,” by Dinah Washington … ’nuf said.

Paula Saltas: John’s eyes well up when he hears “Longer Than.” It was our wedding song that we first danced to. I love “Some Enchanted Evening.”

Emily Prachthauser:
I love Sleater-Kinney’s “Modern Girl.” It’s such a feel-good happy song. Like the feeling you get when you first realize you’re smitten with someone and that someone loves you back!

Nick Clark: Van Halen’s “Hot for Teacher.” To this day, it stirs a desire to do “homework.” Boston’s “Amanda” is a good one, too. Now if I could only meet a teacher named Amanda …

Blade Brown: “Closer” by Nine Inch Nails. I don’t know any song more romantic than that one. Sigh.

Faith Burnham: “Cells,” by The Servant. Not your typical love song, but it’s the best ever!

Jerre Wroble: Joe Cocker’s “You Are So Beautiful” about does it.

Kathy Mueller: “Time After Time” by Cindy Lauper. Yes, it is sappy but, after 19 years of marriage, is guaranteed to get me in the mood!

Natalie May: “Wonderful Tonight” by Eric Clapton. It’s very sexy.

Lisa Hines: Anything by Paul Menousos. Those aching vocals get me every time!

Benito Chacon: My all-time-favorite love song is Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On.” It’s direct and to the point. Oh, wait, we are talking love songs not baby-making songs. A close second: LL Cool J’s song “I Need Love.”
