Spin Cafe is a fun downtown restaurant in Heber City, serving fresh American food, including hickory-smoked barbeque, as well as homemade gelato ice cream. The atmosphere is hip & fun, while warm and welcoming. The food at Spin Cafe is all about freshness and flavor. You’ll love the Asian pork lettuce wraps, accented with fresh ginger and sesame, and the Seattle BLT with fresh grilled salmon and apple-smoked bacon. Or you can keep it light with the Key West Caesar salad with fresh lime. The barbeque ribs, pulled pork, brisket and chicken are the real thing, all smoked on premises with hickory wood. Or, keep it simple with a Spin Burger made from fresh, house-ground chuck and hand-cut fries made from fresh potatoes.
