Re: “Get off the Road!

I too can't get over how Salt Lakers all too often fail to yield to pedestrians while making turns, especially when making left turns in major intersections. It's like they can't see the dude with bright yellow shoes on the crosswalk with a walk light in bright day light. It makes me so angry often for I too suspect it's narcissism and selfishness, but could also be autism or some other health condition. It's a mix of things, but yes, we're the worst drivers in the world. Those who do have compassion and good values do pay attention, mind road rules, and yield to pedestrians and others who have the right-a-way. It baffles me to no end how so many people have no conscious or the common sense to know how to drive, but yet are behind the wheel.

Re: “Fire Starter

Instead of him turning in the excessive electronics he purchased, he should have been told, "this is your stuff, you bought it and you're going to pay us back by court order for a fire department doesn't need this many Apple devices and accessories. Through external audit, your expenses will be accounted for and you will pay back the excessive gas, flights, hotels, meals, and extraneous miscellaneous charges you racked up by court order we are seeking and will most likely get since the hard evidence is on record." Instead of being held accountable, he was allowed to skate off scottfree by simply turning in the electronics and resigning. Isn't he still on the hook for the theft and reckless irresponsible spending and doesn't it show a problem he wasn't really a chief nor a leader for he sought out excessive shopping to comfort his deficiency of some personal mental health sort of problem. This is not to mention the work time he spent playing, shopping, and the unnecessary excessive travel not normally required of a fire chief in support of a fire department though maybe they have one or two conventions a year. If I stole from my employer only paying $10 an hour wage with no bennies due to our economy being ran by stingy selfish narcissists heading the top of most organizations in power, so much as $100, I'd have the police called on me, charges brought against me, and probably lose my apartment in the process while $260,000 a year salary wasn't enough for this greedy fat cat thieving from US, the tax payers. What we is nothing less than a broken country system of double standards only favoring the chiefs only there to take all the money from We The People while the honest working people were on call 24/7 as is heard daily by the sirens. The executive bosses mongering over us preventing democracy, efficient economics, and social justice in all fairness? Leaders they are not...

I asked a GOP friend who follows Trump on Twitter how he thinks he's doing. "Are you kidding me?" he responded.
