Red Rock Brewing Company has opened a new location in Fashion Place Mall, so south-valley dwellers no longer have to make the trek downtown to find great food and local brews.

Highlights on the menu include the macadamia-crusted wild salmon with Champagne Dijon glaze, the warm shrimp salad with Gorgonzola cheese, classic fish & chips with Red Rock beer batter, the New York steak and wild-mushroom polenta. Also, a number of the menu items can be prepared gluten-free, by request. To quench your thirst for award-winning beer, grab a frosty pint of Red Rock’s Elephino Double IPA, Honey Wheat, Oatmeal Stout or Le Quatre Saison and kick back. Red Rock Place is also open for weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
