PCAU Gala
On Friday, Sept. 13, Prevent Child Abuse Utah will hold its biggest annual fundraiser, the 26th-annual Benefit Dinner & Auction, at the Little America Hotel (500 S. Main). Prevent Child Abuse Utah (PCAU) is a statewide nonprofit group with a mission to prevent child abuse in all its forms through education and training. PCAU offers training programs in the areas of teen-dating violence, sexual harassment, Internet safety, child-abuse prevention, bullying prevention and others. The “black tie invited” (but not required) gala will feature cocktails and a silent auction followed by a gourmet dinner and live auction. For tickets and sponsorship information, visit PreventChildAbuseUtah.org.

All ages are welcome to attend the live-music events. Visit DeerValley.com for more information.

On Sunday, Sept. 15, Fratelli Ristorante in Sandy (9236 Village Shop Drive) will host a “locals only” wine dinner, featuring food products and ingredients from around Utah paired with wines from local vineyards and wineries. Seatings begin at 5 p.m., with the last reservations being taken for 8:30 p.m. The cost is $30 per person for dinner and $30 for the optional wine pairings.
