I agree with John Saltas [“Flower Power,” June 10, City Weekly]. It seems that every time I park in downtown Salt Lake City, I either get a ticket or spend my time downtown fearful about getting a ticket. The latest ticket was for an expired plate—my plate was expired eight days when I received it. Now, I will not go downtown, unless I have to for business, and I will not spend a penny in downtown again.
