Nuch’s restaurant’s claims to fame are its brick-oven pizzas and handmade pastas. Although Nuch’s is located in Salt Lake City it calls its pizza “New York-style”. The crust is fairly thin and has a nice bit of chewiness to it. It’s fresh-made and topped with an array of carefully balanced, quality ingredients. Nuch’s also offers calzones, appetizers and tempting salads, so there’s no lack of choices.
