Entrée choices include American Kobe beef with blue cheese and anise duck confit followed by dessert: chocolate Nutella tart or citrus profiterole rolls. • Longtime Park City sushi genius Matt Fischer has become executive chef at the new Yuki Arashi Sushi restaurant at 586 Main St., in the space that previously was home to Kampai. An initial visit to Yuki Arashi was marvelous. The restaurant features what Fischer calls Asian tapas, including sushi, sashimi, rolls and hot plates like prosciutto-wrapped scallops, Kobe beef tetaki, sweet miso black cod and Yuki lamb “lollipops.” By the way, the new restaurant is gorgeous, to boot. Phone 435-649-6293 for reservations.
