Locarted at the top of Snowbasin's Needles Gondola, getting there is half the fun! Similar to the Earl’s Lodge Dining Room at Snowbasin Resort, the Needles Lodge Dining Room also has serving stations where you order directly from the cook and can watch your food being prepared. Needles Lodge skews towards Austrian cuisine, with Austrian specialties such as bratwurst with sauerkraut, wienerschnitzel with pommes frites, and cabbage rolls with German potato salad, which are all are served daily. Other Austrian entrees are served from time to time as specials. Additionally, Needles Lodge serves as Snowbasin's on-mountain special events location. The views from the deck and windowside seats are stunning. Open during ski season only.
