Although it's not on a lot of people's radar screen, this Midvale sushi spot is considered by some to be Utah's best-kept sushi secret.

The service is fast and friendly and the sushi is simply excellent. It's a great place to enjoy fresh nigiri and sashimi, as well as maki rolls. Customer favorites at Nagoya include the Geisha, Sweet Honey and Venus rolls, as well as cooked items such as yakitori, teriyaki, katsu, miso soup and veggie skewers.
