This Park City restaurant, located 8,300 feet up Lookout Peak, is the place to be for a fine-dining lunch on the mountain. Be sure to make a reservation and enjoy the spectacular views from either inside the rustic cabin or on the deck. This is not your average re-heated lodge food; the menu is prepared onsite by a full kitchen staff. Especially tasty are the Kobe beef burger, the “Mountain Man” bison chili and the signature ahi tuna roll. Pair your meal with locally brewed beer from the full-service bar. Lookout is open only during the winter, so don’t miss out on a first-class lunch in an über-rustic setting, with delectable choices such as their creamy tomato bisque, wild game meatloaf sandwich, buffalo chili, and famous Cabin PLT, made with tender braised pork.
