When the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution was drafted by our founding fathers, they looked into the future about 232 years and envisioned the members of the Utah Legislature and Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr.
In the Constitution, our Founding Fathers spelled out that all people have the right to own and bear arms. They went to the trouble of spelling out this specific right twice. There is no question that this right is not to be trampled on. Our forefathers knew by the time this generation of lawmakers was born that they would try and take some, if not all, of these rights away. All citizens have the right to bear arms without any restrictions.
Our forefathers were brilliant people; it is too bad that this generation is going to go down in history as the most foolish generation of the United States.
