Located at the Park City's trendy Sky Lodge, Le Bar Boheme at Easy Street Brasserie is a superb place to enjoy French-influenced cuisine in an authentic brasserie atmosphere. Kick off your meal with buffalo carpaccio or French onion soup before digging into a big pot of steamed mussels with garlic, white wine, herbs and grilled bread. The lobster mac & cheese at Le Bar Boheme is always a tasty choice, as is the Provencal seafood stew. Meat lovers will enjoy Easy Street's braised lamb shank and the veal chop schnitzel. A terrific wine list just adds to the Bar Boheme fun. A glass of bubbly to start is always a great idea.
