I'd go back to a restaurant in Istanbul. It's on the Bosphorus. Sitting in a window seat, you can look down and see the amazing blue of the strait, which is lit right underneath your table. The waiters anticipate your every need, and the food is amazing.

A dish in Seville that had chicken and walnuts in this amazing sauce. I've never tasted anything like it - and wish I knew how they did it.
