At Korea House in Salt Lake City, you’ll discover savory, traditional dishes that are certifiably authentic. The folks here describe the cuisine as “fresh, simple Korean food,” but don’t let that humble description fool you: The food here is very artfully presented and delicious. House specials include grilled mackerel, gai-bi tang (beef noodles with short ribs), kimchi with pork and bul-go-gi Jeong-sik—marinated, tender beef. And, these folks really know how to barbecue ribs.
