Located at the top of the John Paul quad ski lift at Snowbasin Resort, the views from the John Paul Lodge deck are spectacular. There's an Italian hue to the lodge menu, with delicious wood-fired oven pizzas such as the tasty Margherita. The soup station features hearty Italian beef stew and minestrone, along with exquisite cioppino. For an Italian comfort food lunch, order the tender, moist pork bracciole. Terrific burgers and salads too. Open during ski season.
