The exterior is humble, but the breakfasts at Jim’s are nearly legendary (and available all day). The old timey, hometown restaurant atmosphere and classic diner vibe add to the enjoyment of this bit of Americana in Sandy, so plan on a more laid-back pace. Besides, the portions are enormous—it’s going to take a while to eat everything.
