Ichiban Sushi has served as one of Salt Lake City's favorite local restaurants for sushi and Japanese cuisine for over 20 years. Ichiban Sushi restaurant in Salt Lake City is housed in a 19th century historic church, complete with original brick and mortar and choir loft converted tatami rooms, it’s understandable why some have dubbed Ichiban Sushi restaurant as “heavenly.” Start out with a mussel shooter or Kobe beef tataki before diving into nigiri, sashimi and sushi.
