After-Party Party: The New Huka Lounge
Smoking indoors may be illegal, but hookahs keep the fire stoked in Utah bars. Partiers wanting to keep their energy and their hookahs fired up all night in Murray can do just that, starting in June. The Huka Lounge (139 E. 6100 South), brought to you by the Huka Bar & Grill people, is opening adjacent to that club and promises a fun atmosphere to chill out or keep rolling with hookahs, DJs, fresh fruit smoothies and free Wi-Fi into the wee hours for anyone 19 and older. No more Village Inn for the after-party.

Party in The Isles: I Love Ibiza Party at W.
Pacha recording artist Steven Lee, of Lee Cabrera fame, will help welcome another year of “I Love Ibiza” at the W Lounge (358 S. West Temple) Saturday, May 22. Nico Caliente will also be performing, warming the decks for the long dance party to come. This is the seventh year I Love Ibiza has rocked Salt Lake City. You can help them welcome that anniversary with a shot or two, and by joining some amazing dance-floor madness. Advance tickets are available at

Reggae Action: Bar Deluxe
Mondays are the night for host Tallman’s reggae event, Babylon Down Sound System, but other nights at Bar Deluxe (666 S. State Street) are great for a reggae vibe, too. KRCL’s Roots Rawka recently threw a weeknight party for a big crowd, creating many good vibes.

Going Down: Downstairs in PC
Downstairs (625 Main), the only place in Park City to truly party like a rock star, will be featuring mash-up king DJ OB-ONE Saturday, May 22. OB-One is known for his sets at the Playboy Club in Vegas, as well as Moon and Lavo.

Bar Deluxe Hot Shots:

2. Colby Smith, Tiya Sinthawachiwa
