He might still be best-known as the Dumb and Dumber highway patrolman who drank from Jim Carrey’s pee-filled beer bottle. Still can’t remember this Canadian export? He was also the jail-ridden stoner Kenny from Half Baked. Williams plays the goofy, quirky role with perfection. Maybe it’s less of a “role” than just how he is. With his stand-up routine, all his cult-classics come to life.

Even though you’ve seen those movies a dozen times, his shtick doesn’t disappoint. Williams spent years as a forest ranger before moving to Los Angeles.; all the alone time has helped him become a master of voice impressions and animal noises. The slow, almost drawled, joke delivery catches you off guard and the off-the-wall references make you wonder if he used to eat paint chips.

Get to Wiseguys early for upfront seating because his goofy eyes, double chin and strange facial expressions add to his brand of comedy.
