Internationally acclaimed composer Augusta Read Thomas presents a lecture in conjunction with the premier of her piece, Eos: Goddess of the Dawn (A Ballet for Orchestra), composed in honor of Pierre Boulez. Read Thomas’ new piece was commissioned by the Utah Symphony and will be conducted by Thierry Fischer.
