I eagerly await John Saltas’ column and am generally pissed off when he takes a week off.
His column about Big Love [“Capitol Love,” Private Eye, City Weekly, Feb. 4, 2009] rings true for me and possibly every other born-and-raised Utah “gentile” who, for whatever reason, has chosen to stay here.
My friends from out of state often wonder how I have managed to remain here and not go crazy. The answer is I am crazy and Utah has made me that way.
