From Scratch offers authentic Italian cuisine in a modern, downtown atmosphere. All of the restaurant’s pies and pastas are made—you guessed it—from scratch. Start your meal off with the braised short rib, which comes with horseradish and a honey au jus. As for pizza, try the fennel sausage, with green and red onions, or go with the Whiteout, which has three different cheeses and roasted garlic.
