If you wake up in a foul mood, what do you do about it?
Nick Clark: Curse Jose Cuervo and go back to bed.
Heidi Weggeland: Change my mind about it. Who has time to be in a bad mood?
Rachel Scott: I spike my coffee with Bailey’s and feel right as rain.
Derek Jones: Going through the process of waking up always puts me in a foul mood. Luckily, I have an amazing partner who lets the dogs barge in and shower me with kisses. That always seems to turn my mood around.
James Reifenberger: If I can’t seem to shake the feeling, I make sure that everyone gets to participate in my foul mood day.
Christopher Westergard: I go to Banbury Cross Donuts and eat my feelings! Those strawberry-frosted donuts blow my mind.
Stephen Dark: If it’s the weekend, fry up eggs, bacon, sausage, bread and toss in some baked beans, all washed down with a Bloody Mary. If it’s a weekday, shadow box or jump rope until I’ve sweated out my bad mood.
Lia Pretorius: A good workout and some tea. It also helps if you don’t go to bed two hours before you have to wake up.
Leo Dirr: I never wake up in a foul mood. Every morning feels like a blessing.
Jamie Gadette: Take it out on my running shoes.
Lara Grant: Chase my cat around the house. It’s great exercise and hilarious entertainment.
