Just so folks know, there is a LOT more to this story than what the (thankfully) former City manager has shared. She seems to be suing her way through city after city, including suing private citizens. Don't believe the short story, refer to a years worth of journalism in the Canyon Country Zephyr on this subject. She's the one who's suing citizens who blew the whistle on her.
