In conjunction with Earth Day on April 22, Park City will kick off Sustainability Week and the Energy Film Festival with Recycle Utah’s Earth Day Party at Squatters Roadhouse Grill, from 5-9 p.m. The cost for the party is $25 for adults and $10 for kids under 12, which includes dinner and drinks. All proceeds will directly benefit Recycle Utah and go toward the purchase of a new EPS foam densifier, a type of compactor that reduces bulky white packing foam to a fraction of its original size. In addition, the Park City Squatters will host a number of free Sustainability Week educational seminars like Recycling & Composting 101, Running a Greener Business and Greening Your Home. For more information on the Earth Day Party and Sustainability Week and Energy Film Festival, go to RecycleUtah.org. Squatters Roadhouse Grill is located in Park City at 1900 Park Ave. Its phone is 649-9868 and its Website is Squatters.com.
