The most recent Club Fed outing was a fun and informative sushi-making class, hosted by master sushi chef Joe at Mt. Fuji Sushi Bar and Japanese Cuisine, in Sandy. In case you missed this one, Joe hosts sushi classes at Mt. Fuji most Sunday evenings. Check out the video, which includes some awesome and not-so-awesome karaoke.
