Born and raised in Utah, she grew up in a creative family with five younger siblings and two very artistic parents, submerged in an environment that cultivated imagination and a curiosity for her surroundings. Still today a wonder of the natural world remains with a fervid fascination of flora and fauna. Her art is inspired by these things as well as an admiration for the work of great European masters, the Victorian Era, folklore, children’s fairy tales and historic fashion. She’s a self-taught artist and enjoy working with various mediums. She has shown locally with galleries (with a third solo exhibit booked for December of this year at the downtown City Library), and have sent pieces to LA, CA for group exhibits as well.
