At northern Utah’s Cafe Sabor, you’ll discover a variety of festive flavors that wind from Mexico and South America to Asia. All of the tortillas are housemade, so be sure to order a batch. Beef or chicken taquitos make for a good starter, as does the shrimp ceviche and Chino-Latino eggrolls. Influenced by Mexico, there’s chicken mole, quesadillas, burritos, tacos al carbon, fajitas and chimichangas on the menu. For a different kind of pasta dish, try the shrimp & artichoke pasta, tossed in a fresh tomato sauce.
