As a taxpayer in Utah, I am wondering why Utah Highway Patrol Officer Lisa Steed hasn’t been fired for disregarding so many people’s constitutional rights [“Super Trooper,” Sept. 9, 2010, City Weekly]?
She is an embarrassment to the state of Utah, and her superiors just let her get away with it. Seems to me that the UHP needs a major house cleaning as soon as possible. Lisa Steed is bad news. Somebody please do the right thing and terminate her.
