In partnership with over a dozen partners, the Utah Division of State History is hosting its annual "Open House" with family and adult-friendly events to inform and entertain about Utah's unique history and archaeology. May is "Utah Archaeology and Preservation Month" and this event is the kickoff, with partnered events in 16 counties!!
Activities at the event include making your own rock art, face painting, beaded necklace making, building blueprint activity, flintknapping and duck decoy making demonstrations,and many other family-friendly activities! First 50 kids will receive a junior archaeologist kit!
