City Weekly reader Jennifer Ramirez found some good African eats. She writes: “I recently ate at the African Restaurant and Mini-Mart (1878 S. Redwood Road, 801-978-9673). It was a delightful and memorable experience. The food was delicious; the people were friendly and helpful. The most interesting part was when they brought the food out and there were no utensils. We just ate with our hands, which was a little bit freaky since we’re taught from a very young age that eating with one’s hands is gauche. I highly recommend this restaurant. I was very impressed.”
