Re: “Who's Monitoring the Court?

To all victims,
Ive just learned about this sickening JSS so-called business thru a friend.
She was sent to the program by the courts after being cited on a first time traffic misdemeanor offense a year ago.
On her first visit to JSS she was judged and classified on the spot by a female supervisor.
She was told I know your kind and you think your entitled.
Wow what a thing to say on her first visit and they didnt even know her or her past history.
Then it went down hill from there this has caused her anxiety and stress.
This is a single mother raising four beautiful teens, she is a full time student about to graduate, she recently went thru a divorced after years of physical and mental abuse by her spouse.

After her first meeting she learned that JSS is a family owned so-called business run by family members.

Now my question is how can anyone file a complaint with JSS when its run by family members.

In my research I read peoples stories and complaints against JSS and how they were poorly treated it is so wrong and unethical.

This is discrimination to me but no one has taken this to the next level thats probably because of money, time and fear that nothing would be done.
I feel its time to expose JSS to the public.
I also feel that it is totally wrong for a family owned business to control the outcome on peoples lives with their recommendations to the courts.
I also think its totally wrong of them to require money upfront from people who are already suffering financially, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Many of these people are already dealing with their own issues of embarrassment and struggles.

The final icing on the cake was when I read that everyone in the JSS program are required at the completion of the course to write an assay on their experience.
These essays are returned to JSS prior to them filing their final recommendations with the Courts.
I feel the courts should be monitoring and evaluating JSS by requiring feed backs from those who have gone thru the program.

Things have to change and JSS needs to pay back the people theyve used and abused over the years.
After all JSS can make or break a persons future/life including their family life, job and freedom.

One wrong is bad enough but Two wrongs means its time to investigate and make things right..
I reaching out to any and all who have been thru the JSS program and Id like to get your feed back and feelings.
In closing Im interested in knowing if your willing to stand as one and fight this cruel violation of your rights?

Plz respond back I need to hear your story also pass this on to anyone you know effected by this business.
Plz email with your story I dont need your name at this point just your story and how you were treated.
Plz email to
