I would like to get my REFUNDS!!! I put money into my ticket and there are some money left in it. I sent an email yesterday to City Weekly, but I have not heard from anyone yet. I agree with Tesa that purchasing a ticket and getting my money back have not been easy for me. I feel like I am getting robbed by CITY WEEKLY!!!!!

hey John,
thanks for some answers that I needed to hear. Where can I get a manual refund form? I put money into my wristband at the festival, didn't register. I did not know about the fees. I guess i need to read more carefully next time. My friends have been going to the festival for few years now they didn't know using a credit card also gets a $3.50 refund processing fee. anyway, let me know how to get a manual refund form. I only have few days to do this. what a headache!!!!
