Re: “A Voice for Victims

Knowlton ignores the fact that about 3 out of 4 protective orders in divorces with kids involved are false or exaggerated to get custody and used to actually abuse or punish the man. The woman is more often the abuser of her date, spouse and kids - hundreds of studies show this, over and over. Yet, our DV services are not only silent about this but know it and hide it. It's an industry, making money on perpetuating abuse not stopping it. Most of those mentioned divorce deaths result from putting up a false protective order and also trying to bankrupt the man, using the DV system and legal system to accomplish selfish goals which backfire in death. This can be stopped, yet the industry profits from these deaths which they desire for this purpose. Stop the abuse by false allegations and you stop the deaths, most of them. Proof and evidence must be used in protective order cases to keep a temporary order in place. Knowlton and many others oppose true justice, and convict from accusation only. Truth is hard to hear, especially when money and power are involved.
