My husband refuses to go to a Chinese Restaurant in the US because he finds "Americanized" Chinese food boring. After reading this review, we tried it and everything the reviewer said is true. Absolutely outstanding! We now invent reasons to make the trip down the mountain from ParkCity to eat lunch at Mother's Kitchen.
