Utah's DABC needs to get out of the liquor business altogether. Allow the retail grocery stores to stock their shelves with the liquor that used to be in the State run liquor outlets and whatever else might be of interest to Utahns that imbibe. That's what states do that allow adults to be adults. Utah's stingy and niggardly approach to selling liquor is simply beyond ridiculous.
Peace John and good article.
Sparky! Salt Lake City needs the return of Sparky. He's experienced and knows how the Salt City works. Sparky Sparky he's the man! If Sparky can't do it, now one can. Not even Jackie the Biskupcake.
The teachers and students at Valley View Elementary had no idea there were other cultures and religions outside of Mormondom. Talk about living in a bubble.
One Legislature to rule them all, One Legislature to stupefy the citizenry, One Legislature to bring them all under control, and in Legislative darkness blind them.
Of course we shouldn't forget about Governor Gary who obeys the One Legislature with banal obeisance.
Gratulations to Ms. Ghorbani. Her Council seat almost seems like the consolation prize. Living in another Utah gerrymandered district (Benny McAdams' 4th Congressional), I couldn't vote for Ms. Ghorbani in her race against Stewart. Stewart does seem rather smug and snuggly safe in Utah's gerrymandered 2nd Congressional District. My point being, I would have voted for Ms Ghorbani. Maybe by the time of the next congressional election cycle, the Supreme Court will have sorted out Utah's discriminatory and biased congressional districting and given Utah voters a more even balance where it comes to district boundaries.
Senator Mittens can walk on water. Really, just ask him.
The "suspect" is a straight up punk. Why isn't this asshat in jail?
