I agree with Jay that the best way to avoid a DWI is just to not drink. My son decided to drink after having a few beers. Thankfully, he didn't get caught, or hurt anyone, but I could tell when he got home. He's lost his privilege to drive for the next six months, and he's grounded for two months. Proper parenting will help prevent future drunk drivers, but getting a lawyer is the best way to deal with the fully grown drunk drivers.
